Most people assume meaningful results come from restriction and discipline, not from something as simple as a short walk.

That assumption is exactly why it gets ignored, because glucose control is not only about what you eat, but also about how your body uses what you have already consumed.


The Moment I Realized Walking Was Different

I didn’t arrive at this through theory; I saw it in real time.

After a meal, I checked my CGM expecting the usual pattern—a steady rise followed by a peak—but instead of sitting down, I went for a short walk, keeping the pace light and consistent.
